Log In Instructions:
To log in to the employees only site enter your last name then first name as they appear in the Net Scheduler for the user name. This is not the same as your Net Scheduler log in.
If you prefer a nick name instead of the name in Net Scheduler please email: webmaster@ruralmetroindy.com and we can change it.
Example: William and you prefer Bill or Michael and you prefer Mike. No other type of nick name will be allowed. Example: doejohn
Your password is your employee ID number. Example: 10101
The website requires that you enter you user name and password 2 times.
In the event there is more than one employee with the same first and last name some adjustments may be made.
If you have problems logging into the employee site please email the webmaster.
Email Instructions:
Your email address will be your last name then your first name as it appears in Net Scheduler (not your Net Scheduler log in name) example: doejoe@ruralmetroindy.com. Your initial password will be your employee ID number.
If you prefer a nick name instead of the name in Net Scheduler please email: webmaster@ruralmetroindy.com and we can change it.

No other type of nick name will be allowed. The same will apply to the log in for the employee website.
We have been told the SPAM guard actually works in this new system, however we (R/M) will not guarantee this to anyone. To activate it in your email account you need to go into "Options" and follow the directions to setting things up.
For those who prefer to use programs like Outlook, set your incoming and out going settings to mail.ruralmetroindy.com
